FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
MMA reminds you to VOTE tomorrow! Please vote "YES" on MA Ballot Question #1!
Monday, November 05, 2012
Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 6th is Election Day. The Massachusetts Motorcycle Association (MMA) would like to remind its members and all concerned registered voters to GET OUT AND VOTE! Especially important this year is voting “YES” on Massachusetts Ballot Question #1 to ensure your “Right to Repair”!
There are many issues requiring your attention this year – many critical races at the National, State, and Local levels. More information concerning your local ballot can be found here:

This website from the Massachusetts Secretary of State includes information concerning your polling place, a copy of your local ballot, and details concerning the polling questions.
The MMA has sent out several communications concerning MA Ballot Question #1, “Right to Repair”. The opposition to this bill has made a lot of headway in the media confusing the issue with the “compromise” law recently passed and due to go into effect tomorrow. Motorcyclists and owners of larger trucks need to be concerned that they are not covered under this “compromise” law which has no teeth regardless of what it covers. We need to stand together to assure the wrongs and sacrifices of the “compromise” are corrected by voting “YES” on Ballot Question #1!
